I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I haven’t had any problems. Very quick delivery and in as-new condition. Very pleased. After putting up with a tired battery on my old phone for so long it was refreshing to have one that felt new. The buttons are crisp and stable. Even the lighting socket seems brand new.. The phone came with a steen protector kit, which you should really be in a clean room to install. One speck of dust…and you only get one shot. No matter, I don’t use those anyway.

The battery health says that the battery is at 88% but a charge usually lasts me all day and into the night. The charge cord was an apple cord which was a bonus. No defects whatsoever. When I told an Apple Genius Bar guy that I'd ordered a refurbished phone from RefurbLane, he wasn't familiar with the company.
