The phone arrived right on time. It was safely packaged and the conditions were exactly as described. If I didn’t know any better, I would think it was brand new. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I haven’t had any problems. I’ve downloaded plenty of applications and have not noticed any drop in response time or functionality. Camera functions just as it should. There are no visible flaws. The SIM card tray ejected just fine and the phone was compatible with the correct company. All in all, a perfect experience.

Very quick delivery and in as-new condition. Very pleased. After putting up with a tired battery on my old phone for so long it was refreshing to have one that felt new. The buttons are crisp and stable. Even the lighting socket seems brand new.. The phone came with a steen protector kit, which you should really be in a clean room to install. One speck of dust…and you only get one shot. No matter, I don’t use those anyway.

This phone exceeded my expectations! I bought a mint condition phone and it looked like brand new. The battery health says that the battery is at 88% but a charge usually lasts me all day and into the night. The charge cord was an apple cord which was a bonus. No defects whatsoever. I'm very happy with my purchase.

When I told an Apple Genius Bar guy that I'd ordered a refurbished phone from RefurbLane, he wasn't familiar with the company. He suggested I bring it in within its return period to have them give it a thorough check. I did so, and it came through "green" across the board. The Genius Bar techie who checked it out was impressed, he said almost all the refurbished phones they see have some problems in them, he'd never seen one show up entirely green. Hooray for RefurbLane!! And I love my new phone, a real step up from my 5S. Thanks RefurbLane!

We ordered 2 IPhone 8’s for our kids for Christmas. We took them in to add to our phone plan about 5 days before Christmas to find out one of the phones had a defective SIM card slot. I was a little panicked and emailed the company as such. They shipped a replacement out immediately and it came in less than 2’days with a shipping label to return the defective phone. I was blown away by the excellent customer service. The phones are great - like brand new - and work wonderfully. Thank you!
