I had a great experience with my order. It was shipped fast. I love the extra warranty protection that is offered on my device. The device itself came it wonderful condition, exactly as described. I’m very very happy with my purchase and I would purchase again !

great phone I do love it, but unfortunately it's going obsolete. some apps have stopped working on it, some won't even download on this version of iOS anymore. it's being fazed out of the ecosystem. on the bright side if you're just using it as a phone call, text, browser, a few other things, it's perfect, just don't expect to be using certain things like even the taco Bell app won't work but as a small portable phone and camera is 10/10

I replaced my broken iphone SE (2016) 32 mb with this iphone SE (2016) 128 mb. Even though it's condition was listed as "fair", the phone looked pretty perfect to me! It was easy to restore my backup on it, too. I'm thrilled to have the extra storage space for a bunch more photos! The absolutely AMAZING part? The BATTERY HEALTH is 97 percent, more than DOUBLE what my broken phone has when it ended it's life. Super speedy shipping, well packed! Great communication and shipping notifications. Will definitely recommend to others in need of a phone. Thanks for a great experience! -Jo

I needed to upgrade from my old, dumb flip phone to a small, sleek smart phone and didn't want to spend tons of money. After some research I decided to give a reconditioned phone a try and settled on RefurbLane for the source. I purchased an older Apple SE 2016 version in "good" condition and anxiously awaited its arrival. I couldn't have been more pleased to see the phone arriving so quickly and the good condition was a huge understatement, it looked like it had been used very, very little by a little old lady from Pasadena! It's been a month since I've had the phone and I absolutely love it! It works perfectly, holds a charge well, (the battery charges to 100%), and is a joy to use. RefurbLane's support team contacted me right away to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and told me any support I needed was just a touch screen away. Love the price, the quality of the product and all the support. RefurbLane is a class act run by some very cool cats!!!

Put my old SE thru the dishwasher by accident, came our clean but dead. Looked into a new iPhone and choked. Despite reservations I decided on replacing my old phone, bonus is I get to keep all my old cases and chargers. New/used iPhone SE came promptly, 100% battery life, and had minimal wear and tear on screen. Transferred my SIM from the dead phone to the new phone and back in action! After a few weeks started having trouble with fingerprint sensor, but updated the iOS and now it works great. Used the money I saved to buy a new pair of Rx sunglasses. Could not be happier. Mahaolo nui loa!

Understand that 1st generation iPhone SE is smaller as compared to 2nd generation. It will be difficult to get a cover for it at your local shops; however, it will be super easy and inexpensive to get a cover online. I did. My SE came in the mail very quickly and was super easy to transfer information from my iPhone 6s. After completion, I got a message saying that the battery was bad. I went to the local Apple Store and got a new one installed. I informed the vendor and sent a copy of my receipt of how much the battery cost and was refunded to an agreeable price within 48 hours. I will say that this made my day!!! Five star rating from me for both RefurbLane and UPGRADE SOLUTION!
