    I bought one of these same phones on Amazon refurbished and it was damaged badly because they didn't inspect it. I sent it back and tried another one off Amazon. It was NOT unlocked as they said it was and it was tied to a carrier with a past balance on the account so I couldn't unlock it without paying the balance. Shame on Amazon.     There seems to a quite popular opinion that, considering what it brought to the table, the various iPhone 13’s are one of the best iPhones ever. Of course the newer ones have incremental improvements each time but this iPhone 13 Pro Max is the bomb! The premium level phone was absolutely flawless with a 100% battery. Shipping was very fast and it has performed perfectly for a month now and I feel confident it will continue to do so for many years to come.
