Very happy to find this phone at this price point. My daughter's phone was stollen and this allowed us to not only replace but upgrade her phone and get her back up and running quickly. The process was easy and the phone shipped quickly. The only thing I think we were a little disappointed by was the quality of the screen. We read the description regarding phone condition and expected it to be more free of scuffs and scratches. Otherwise, the phone has worked well so far and we're happy.

I’m very disappointed with the device I received. The phone itself was in great condition. I ordered the IPhone 11 Pro, 256GB and was sent a phone with 64GB, the battery is not recognized as a genuine Apple part, it was hot to the touch when charging and the phone had a really weird smell. I’m returning and requesting a refund.
