I have to admit I was somewhat leary purchasing a refurbished phone, but upon reading reviews posted along with the guarantee offered by RefurbLane, I flipped the coin. I received my Galaxy S21 5g as disclosed, on scheduled and looking like "new out of the box". Thank you for delivering what you say and providing an outlet for the consumer to keep up with the technology without the high cost. I will return.

Was listed in fair condition but phone 100% looked new! I will definitely use RefurbLane again instead of purchasing from retailer. It far exceeded my expectations!

Phone looks brand new and seems to perform as it should. So far, so good. Customer service and delivery speed both excellent. Happy to have finally replaced the S7 relic!

I used to get refurbished through eBay. Then this time it was a two-time nightmare. I read a review for RefurbLane and I'm glad I did. The phone arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. I will definitely use RefurbLane when it is time to upgrade again!
