Ed: Still very happy with it. A screen protector covers the micro scratches in the screen, and everything on the inside does what it's supposed to. Hasn't even got hot yet, not even while charging, which was standard with my previous phone. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to get a really nice phone and put one back into use at the same time. Orig: Thanks for the awesome phone and quick service! I'm really happy with the condition for what I paid and it works great. Was admittedly super wary of FedEx because they don't have a great track record to this address, but I found a way, through their site, to route it to a drop-off location where I could pick it up and that worked perfectly. I do kinda wish there was a way to contact the seller with a regular question, tho. The Help system didn't address the nature of my non-urgent inquiry so ultimately I didn't bother. But I'll survive and the rest of the experience was great.

I ordered the S21 Ultra in the GOOD condition and as far as body work, there were like 2 small scratches that were not noticeable at all at first glance. The screen is flawless. For the price, I am beyond satisfied. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered Saturday at 10am. I received constant communication and updates from RefurbLane. 5 stars all the way around.

I have purchased my last new phone. My last two phones have been purchased through RefurbLane and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experiences! In the past I went with an unlocked phone. However, this time I knew the carrier that has the best coverage in my area, so I went with one locked to that provider. This saved me some over the unlocked version. Additionally, in the past I went with one in "Excellent" condition. This time, the best value at the time was for one in "Good" condition. I thought I might regret it, but the savings at the time were enough to sway me. I have zero regrets! The phone is in great shape! The battery life also has exceeded my expectations! And the camera is exactly what I hoped it would be! At whatever point in the future I feel a need to get a different phone, I already know that it will be one from RefurbLane!

I bought it in fair condition, had some scratches around the side of the phone. Which is totally fair considering the condition I ordered it in. Everything works flawlessly, thank you!

I got scared at first when I started the phone up. It states locked on Verizon but was greeted with an at&t symbol. Luckily though when I popped my Verizon simcard in I had the option to change to verizon. Phone has been amazing so far. Love it
