Impressive. Not only arriving 3 days EARLY (!!!) but not a ding, not a scratch, not a single flaw to be found under my microscope eye!!! Plus, it held a charge for one whole week on standby from buying it, and still had 34% to go! I will always use this site for my cell phone go to shop!

I am older and was very hesitant to buy a used phone but I really wanted a Note10 plus. Well I have had my phone now for almost a month and I am so glad I bought from RefurbLane. This phone was supposed to be in excellent condition and the only thing I could see is a few marks on the back which with a case you won't see and a small mark on the screen. I am OCD so that bothered me some what but a glass protector you can see that either. The does so many things my old Note never did. I went from 256G to 512G.I would buy from them again and recommend them to all of my friends. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it came on Monday. How fast is that? As I stated I am older 65 and this is all new for me buying used phones but believe me you won't regret buying from them. I am 100 percent pleased with my phone.

I busted the screen on my previous note10+. I didn't want to shell out another 1,000+ for a new phone. I was a little nervous about the quality but this was a fantastic deal. The phone has 2 minor scratches but it's impossible to tell unless you find the perfect angle. Very happy with this purchase.

Phones arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Initialization was smooth and problem free. Catching up on updates took a little time, but completed without issues. Very happy.

Exactly the mental picture of its condition created by your definitions. All parts, aka the stylist and a usb c cord, were included. You might want to make it more clear it does come with the release tool for Sim. No issues at all transferring all my data and apps over. Would not get protection pack due to glass case interference issues. Just get a case or otter box with integrated screen protection. Zero battery cycle issues or any other oddities that might indicate IP rating has been compromised.

Free three-day delivery and it came in perfect. No scratches anywhere and it's almost like they took it out of the box and said "Meh I don't want this" before selling it!
