Phone arrived fast, phone case arrived several days later. Would've loved to have them at the same time or at least the case before the phone but that's ok. Phone is great. It came with a screen protector which I wasn't expecting. It was put on well, no bubbles, straight on so it'll stay. I do miss my old phone (s6+ edge) but it was time for upgrade. Getting used to the software changes can be cumbersome. Having to watch a yt video just to learn how to restart was rather unexpected. Overall I'm pleased. (Only had it for a week at time of writing this review)

This is the 2nd purchase my wife and I have made from RefurbLane. Both phones we purchased in excellent condition have shown up with 3 days in perfect shape. You wouldn't know by looking at them that they aren't brand new. Highly recommend!!!

Came in condition listed, light scratching on the screen which is not noticeable unless under the right light.

The phone itself was in great shape and functional. It was locked for Spectrum even though it was advertised as locked for AT&T. I had to return it as I had an AT&T sim. I loved the phone and wished that I could have kept it. The vendor just messed up.
