I've been very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone online, especially with how good the prices were you would think it was too good to be true. But this phone is awesome I got a fair condition refurbished phone and honestly looks brand new. I'm glad I bought the phone instead of getting my old phone screen replaced for the third time. I would recommend it to anybody

Product was delivered very quickly by FedEx (3 days). I, unfortunately, was away for a signature-required delivery and had to reschedule. Nevertheless, I was able to pick up the item a few days later. It is in amazing condition and, as it is a gift for a family member, that is reassuring. The whole RefurbLane process was very helpful and I do expect to use it again when I purchase my own phone. (Note: this is before we have activated but expect to in next couple of days) Follow-up: we successfully transferred data and activated the phone (AT&T) and my family member loves it. Only adding more reason to visit RefurbLane again for my next phone.

I've only had it for a couple weeks, but so far everything about it seems great. Better than buying a new phone at an equivalent price for sure!
