Love my new used phone! Great condition, no scratches or discoloration. No need to spend a lot of money on overpriced cell phones. I am very happy with my purchase!

The whole process was easy from ordering through receiving the refurbished phone. RefurbLane is great to work with.

Device arrived in Excellent condition as guaranteed + within 48 hours of placing my order. The missing star is due to its incompatibility with an eSIM; not a deal breaker yet required an additional purchase and order timeline to securely setup. This is my 3rd RefurbLane purchase and I'll keep returning plus recommending your carbon reducing, planet loving products and service.

Received my phone within two days and was delivered on a Sunday! Looks and performs like a new phone. I feel better knowing that I reused and recycled. Better for the environment. I think in the future I'll get all my phones from Back Street. Thanks!

Delivery and packing of the phone was great. However the refurbish job on the phone is not so great. The camera does not focus at all despite phone and app resets, cache clearing etc. Additionally the call quality is terrible on receiving end. People cannot hear me well at all, which kind of defeats the point of the phone. All other features work fine, it connects to Bluetooth and wifi well, SIM installation is fine. However the camera and call quality being bad makes this phone very hard to use as that is the main two things I use my phone for. Cosmetically the phone is excellent as the listing describes, but functionally not excellent at all. I followed support's recommendations to try to resolve the phones issues, with no success. The support options remaining for this are to return phone, or send for free repair. Both are completely fine and reasonable options, however not doable for me currently. My old phone died completely and will not turn on, and I need at least a mostly working phone for work and other stuff, so I will have to hold on to this one for a bit. In summary phone not great, support good, would order from here again but only if you have a backup phone to temporarily use so that you are able to send your refurbished one back for fixing, and if the price were lowered to reflect functional quality not being excellent.

Phone is in good condition. The only exception is that the top of the screen has a slight screen burn smear. Other than that, the phone functions well and I was able to transfer the SIM from my old phone into the new phone without any problems

I did have an issue with trying to get it to work with new phone service. This carriers SIM did not work in this particular phone, so I had to use a different one, but this device does work for another SIM I have so I have it as backup phone. Besides that looks great for the price and quality.
