Looks brand new. I wouldn't know that it was used by just looking at it. Shipping was fast and I was able to track it. It arrived in a cardboard box and a charging cable was included. I just recently learned about RefurbLane but I am satisfied with my purchase and will do business with them again in the future.

I bought one in fair condition which has a small amount of visible wear, but nothing major. Small marks from the case on the edges and a little bit of wear pattern on the screen, which disappears under a screen protector so might as well not exist to me. It was easy to set up and I've had 0 problems with it. Specs wise it's a nice upgrade from the Blu V91 I ended up buying when my previous phone died suddenly just out of warranty, so I'm really happy with the price, performance, and condition. It also arrived VERY quickly.

I’m one to always just buy new and not someone else’s used stuff. I have to say this place has completely changed my mind. I bought 3 phone so far and I am super happy. The condition was excellent and almost new looking. I will have to say that not all of the vendors have the same quality. But with the 30 day return policy I did send 2 back that were not up to my expectations and got some really good looking and working phones. To be honest I probably won’t buy another brand new phone as long as RefurbLane is around. I will alway get one from them. I paid around $300 each for some $800 each phones.

I've bought three phones from RefurbLane and I'm really happy with them except for one little problem. I bought a Galaxy A51 5G T-Mobile as directred by my carrier (not T-Mobile). Since I wasn't a T-Mobile customer directly, they would not unlock my phone. They insisted the place I bought it from (you) would unlock it. NOPE! So I had to buy ANOTHER A51 5G unlocked. I was unhappy that you only offered $14 trade in for the mint condition one I paid $240 for nine months earlier. -James B.

Summary: WhisperBuy/RefurbLane sent me the wrong phone. After I started the replacement process it took the seller 2.5 days to get back to me to say they didn't have the model I ordered anymore. They issued a partial refund to me and let me keep the phone. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it is a good phone in good condition at a great price, so I am overall satisfied. Details: The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G phone I received is beautiful and the OS works wonderfully. Unfortunately the device's RAM was wrong. The one I ordered was described in two places on its listing page as having 8GB of RAM. But while setting it up I noticed that the one I was sent only has 6GB of RAM. I chose this product over an A71 5G partially because of that RAM boost. The seller, WhisperBuy tried to find a replacement for me with the 8GB I had expected, but were unable to. They offered to return the phone for a full refund or to let me keep the phone for a partial return. I chose to keep the phone and the partial refund had been issued within a day.
