This is my second purchase from RefurbLane & I will give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased this OnePlus 12 512Gb 16Gb (turquoise) in (fair) condition and it's absolutely perfect you'd be hard-pressed to find a single mark on the device I couldn't be happier with my purchase My first purchase was an iPhone 13 Pro Max (Sierra Blue) 256 GB (good) condition & it was also absolutely flawless. I bought this One Plus 12 after selling my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra 512 GB for $500.00 usd this OnePlus 12 was $483.00 & I couldn't be happier with RefurbLane as a company I wouldn't shop for a phone anywhere else no matter what condition phone you purchase here you'll be more than happy with the condition and customer support is very quick to respond when you got a question

I was really impressed with all the options and the prices of the merchandise. It was super easy to customise what I wanted and I like the flash deals that keep popping up. I was however, disappointed when I received my phone and there was a dent on the bottom next to the charging port. I bought the phone in "excellent" condition and there should not have been any visible marks on the phone. When I tried to contact costumer support the only option was to send the phone back. I was happy with everything else with the phone so I thought it was unnecessary. I would have liked to received some compensation instead as I don't believe the phone is in "excellent" condition. It's a shame there is no way to contact customer services about this as vendors can then continue to sell items that are slightly less quality than advertised. Despite this, as this was my first time ordering and the prices are very good I would order again off the site to see if this is a one off incident. The phone itself is great and a much needed upgrade from my previous. I'm glad I was able to buy a refurbished product rather than a brand new one for the sake of the environment.

My previous phone was a onePlus 8,the 12 is completely different. I had to have my son come over and help me out. Still getting things figured out but so far so good. This phone was listed in "Fair" condition. When it arrived it looks brand new! Not a scratch on it. The only thing is the battery is not new so it has a little less life but still well worth the money. I'm very happy with the phone and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one in the future.

The phone was supposed to be in "good" condition. It wasn't, it was in EXCELLENT condition. The only inkling that this was a used phone was that it didn't come in original packaging. They also tell you that it won't so it wasn't a big deal anyway. Got the phone. The back was as flawless as the screen. The edges and sides also showed no signs of wear and tear, as though Geex kept this phone in its own case and protector until the day I purchased it. I had a question about my delivery and I expected to wait at minimum 24 hrs for a response but it came sooner than that and with an actual person! I was weary to purchase from a site other than you-know-where because I was afraid of losing money and having no customer service support. I have been PLEASANTLY surprised with RefurbLane and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Great idea keeping these devices out of landfills and if I can help with that cause WHILE saving money and getting a BRAND NEW (used) device...count me in to the tribe!

The item arrived in pristine condition will a 97% battery life still in tact! It was basically like getting a brand new phone for 1/3 of the cost! OnePlus phones have the best battery life on the market and the best cameras out there. Hasselblaad lenses! I cannot more strongly recommend RefurbLane! They're the best!

OnePlus 12Model

The OnePlus 12 marks a major milestone for OnePlus, refining the brand's flagship formula while keeping a focus on reliable performance and display quality. Launched in January 2024, the OnePlus 12 is just a generation behind the latest models as of 2025—and it offers enough to hold its own, especially if you like having a huge, bright display and a focus on daily usability.

Key features:

Release Date: January 2024
Display: 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate, 3168 x 1440 resolution
Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
Camera: Triple rear camera system: 50MP wide (Sony LYT-808 sensor), 64MP periscope telephoto, 48MP ultra-wide—plus 32MP selfie camera
Connectivity: 5G compatible for high-speed mobile data and low-latency streaming
Build: Gorilla Glass Victus 2 front, Gorilla Glass back, aluminum frame
Operating System: Shipped with Android 14 (OxygenOS for North America)
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi 7 support

Who is this for?

The OnePlus 12 is a smart pick for power users, gamers, or content creators looking for a top-tier Android experience without going for the very latest release. With its responsive 120Hz AMOLED display, high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and versatile triple camera system, it's ready for social media, mobile photography, and streaming. If you prioritize a large screen or fast performance over having the absolute newest thing, this model makes sense. Compared to the OnePlus 11, it delivers an upgraded chipset and cameras, but users with the OnePlus 12R might notice more premium hardware here.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Large, bright 6.82-inch AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth visuals. The large form factor is less pocket-friendly and harder to use one-handed. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 delivers top performance for gaming and multitasking. No memory card slot for expandable storage—what you see is what you get. Versatile triple camera system with dedicated telephoto and ultra-wide lenses. Some software features are region-dependent (e.g., ColorOS in China, OxygenOS in North America). Wi-Fi 7 support is forward-thinking for next-gen networks. OxygenOS/ColorOS updates sometimes lag behind Pixel or Samsung rivals.
Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished OnePlus 12 isn’t just about less tech waste (but that's a win too). Every device on RefurbLane goes through strict quality checks—no guesswork here—so you get flagship-level performance with a smaller planet-sized footprint. Learn more about our quality standards.
