RefurbLane was an outstanding option for my needs. I was shopping for a mobile phone to connect to an Insulin pump. The phone's only requirement was that it would pair with the Dexcom glucose monitoring system and be able to connect to WiFi. The Galaxy A42 checked on all points plus it has a pretty nice camera. It was locked, which didn't matter since Cell service was not needed. The phone was polished and unscarred- it looked like it had never been used. And delivery was quick. Overall very pleased and will definitely shop RefurbLane again.

Phone physical condition is fine. Have not went to turn in cellular service yet, but the phone seems to have a battery/charging issue. Does not hold a charge or charge to full capacity as normal

Definitely as good as advertised. I must have it locked to Verizon in order to use wifi calling which is critical in our one bar fringe area.

Well in one word, "IMPRESSIVE"! I must admit, I was a little worried about purchasing a used phone from a site I've never dealt with. Here's the deal: Phone was described as "Good" condition, well in my book it was in EXCELLENT condition. Was as described, delivered on time & as stated. So far no problems what so ever. I will recommend Blackmarket & would do business with them again in a heart beat. Thank You Blackmarket, for a great experience. Respectfully, David

The proof of an honest and responsible company is how it handles returns. RefurbLane kept me abreast of what was happening with my return and did everything they could do to make sure it happened, and it did. I so appreciated being apprised of everything happening. The employees were knowledgeable, patient, and concerned about me as one of their customers! RefurbLane is a wonderful company that stands behind good business practices. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. spotts47

The phone, cord & equipment that came with it arrived safe & sound. This is a great phone that works like a charm. Just make sure not to overload it or the touchscreen may become inactive. Other than that it's great!

My second purchase. First was a laptop...next I'd an iPhone for the boyfriend. I've referred a few friends too. Phone was in perfect condition!
