I got a phone that looked brand new, from the screen to the internals like processor and battery info, this phone was brand new in every way visually and performs better than my S23. I LOVE that it has an SD slot and Exynos chip set and prefer it over my "flagship" S23... If not for the status info showing it has been factory reset one time, there is nothing about my A53 that I could find that wasn't in brand new, unused, condition. Could not be happier with my decision to use RefurbLane to save $265 on my phone!

The phone was great and the customer service was first class all the way! The only issue I had was that it wouldn't work with my Verizon MVNO (Visible), so I had to return it.

I’m loving my new phone! The package came right on time and the phone was well protected. It looks perfect! The colours are crisp, the sound is great and my battery does not disappoint. RefurbLane I will be back to get a new iPad!

I feel like there's a bit of a scam going on with the sellers. I have purchased two different phones from two different companies, and neither 1 were true to what was sold. This particular phone is supposed to be an A53 5g. But what I received is the sub par model which is a UW. NOT what I ordered. A complete scam by the seller. These retail for far less than what I paid for it. And finding cars for them are about impossible. A complete scam by all rights.

This is my first smart phone. I did a lot of research on the Samsung Galaxy's, and this one got a lot of nice reviews. As advertised, the condition was excellent. I don't particularly like the way you turn it on or off, but will deal with it. Other then that, so far I am happy with the phone.

it works great but I don't know if it's just I'm a heavy phone user or it's quality has been lowered since it's a refurbished phone but it lags more then often and the phones battery seems to go out faster then my A54 5G
