I am absolutely blown away by this company. I have never had a refurbished phone so I was really skeptical. I spent days researching and reading reviews. I decided to take the plunge. I purchased a T-Mobile phone and when I received it the phone was a different carrier and I had to send it back. I received the phone back after a couple of weeks and it works great. I was difficult to be without a phone that long. I appreciate them using express shipping to send it back, but due to weather going both ways it was delayed and I was worried the package was actually lost because it sat untracked by FedEx for a week. They sent a case back with my phone and put a screen protector on it for me. I appreciate that a lot.
