Shipping was fast and easy. I got the “good” condition and I am pleased with how it turned out. The screen has no noticeable defects, dead pixels, etc. The side has one scuff but other than that perfect phone! Works well, and was a good deal. Nothing on customer service, and hopefully it stays that way. So far the experience has been 10/10. One note: It doesn’t come with a sim tray remover.

I ordered the iPhone 12 mini at a lower price in “fair” condition but it’s in amazing condition! I see no wear/tear on the phone body or screen. The only small downside it the battery health max is 87% but honestly it doesn’t bother me at all. I love RefurbLane!!

Great product! A few scratches on the screen but the overall product was worth the buy! Rest of the phone was in immaculate shape! I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and will continue to return time and time again!

Awesome experience. The phone came working well, with only a few minor scratches. If you care a lot about the phone looking perfect externally, this isn’t the best option, but I was just happy to have a phone that works well! The seller threw in a pre-applied screen protector too, which is cool, and of course the set up with a new apple phone is seamless now. Works like new, and it’s a huge upgrade from my 6s.
