The device works and IMEI number was clear but Apple did notify me upon start up that the screen was replaced with a non-genuine product and was not functioning as expected. This was not noted in the sale description of the product before purchasing.

I’ve been trying to purchase the extended warranty however the site doesn’t allow that. I tried calling but the lady couldn’t answer any questions then told me she was trying to look up simple questions and hung up. In the meantime, the first time I plugged in the charger with the cord provided it gave a liquid warning from the charger. I’ve used now other chargers and it never stays connected constantly goes in and out. How do we contact you for help other than the automated circles of nowhere to send and email for help???

Battery life is bad. Barely makes it thru a day—I have to charge as soon as I get home from work. Tends to get hot while charging and stops itself before fully charged. Not feeling great about my purchase tbh.

I ordered one in black and the other in Desert Titanium (512GB) with excellent condition and the delivery came in as two black 512GBs in excellent condition. Little disappointed in that I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.

The only issues I had was with FedEx. Everything RefurbLane was amazing. The phone is in great condition and the battery life was 100% no noticeable scratches and a great device.

Apple iPhone 16Serie

The iPhone 16 Pro Max arrives as Apple’s 2024 flagship, fusing a large, vibrant display with the latest hardware upgrades under the hood. Being hot off the assembly line in 2024, it stands at the peak of Apple’s current generation—no “getting two or three years old” here, and the spec list proves it.

Key features:

Release Date: September 2024
Display: 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED, ProMotion (up to 120Hz)
Processor: Apple A18 Pro chip with next-gen Neural Engine
Camera: Triple rear camera system: 48MP main (wide) with quad-pixel sensor, 12MP ultra-wide, 12MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom
Operating System: Ships with iOS 18
Build: Textured matte glass and titanium frame
Connectivity: 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, and Ultra Wideband (UWB)
Audio: Spatial Audio, dual speakers
Security: Face ID

Who is this for?

The iPhone 16 Pro Max is built for users who want every bit of Apple’s innovation in one—photographers needing advanced camera tools, professionals after pro-level performance, and anyone who prefers a large display for entertainment or productivity. Compared to earlier generations like the iPhone 14 Pro Max, this model packs more processing power, an even larger screen, and upgrades for pro-grade content capture. If you prefer a more pocket-friendly phone or don’t regularly use advanced camera or AI features, previous-generation models may be a better fit (and easier on your wrists).

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Expansive 6.9-inch display with high refresh rate for smooth visuals. Size can be unwieldy for one-handed use or small pockets. Top-tier camera system ideal for photography and video. No headphone jack (yes, still...) Fast Apple A18 Pro chip for multitasking and demanding apps. Heavyweight design—might not suit those looking for something ultra-light.

Choosing a refurbished iPhone 16 Pro Max does more than keep a powerful device in circulation—it also keeps unnecessary waste out of landfills.
