They had a quick response to all my questions and were extremely helpful. they issued a refund with a prepaid stamp that came with the phone. The phone itself was immaculate. I ordered the excellent condition and it came literally perfect. 98% battery health, no scratches, and came with an apple charger and an aftermarket charging block. I was debating a new phone from a cell provider, which would have been a huge mistake. The phone from RefurbLane is in Excellent condition even though I thought I purchased one in only Good condition. The shipping and tracking is fast and great. The phone test diagnosis is a nice feature as well. I am positive there is no better way to purchase a cell phone than from RefurbLane. The only negative is, as another user mentioned, was the actual item packaged in only a thin layer of bubble wrap in a cardboard box. More protection is more desireable.

That said, I'm super happy with my purchase. iPhone 12 Pro Max is easily the best iPhone i've owned to date and runs competitively with anything else out there. My pohone came quickly (ordered it on Thursday night/Friday morning and received it on Monday afternoon.
