Great computer. No issues with the hardware and the product specifications listed for the product matched with the computer I received. It arrived on time and was packed appropriately. I am having some driver issues with the OS (Ventura 13.0.1) I think that’s an outside issue that we just need to troubleshoot through. I’m really happy overall and will use this seller again.

Everything was so smooth it made me nervous. The iMac Pro came exactly as described, everything I needed even in its original box with all of the accessories and the shipment arrived early! couldn't be happier!

Computer is everything I expected! Runs amazing, looks great. I’m only one day in, but so far it’s perfect! Runs better than my new order from Apple last time. I ordered the “fair” because I didn’t realize what that meant. (First time ordering from RefurbLane and I didn’t read the notations.) But so far I’ve only seen one teeny little mark on the bottom of the stand. So for “fair” value, it has exceeded my expectations!

Very fast shipping - easy sales process. Computer arrived in great shape despite it was not in an Apple iMac box. The entire unit was wrapped in about 4 layers of heavy duty bubble wrap (it was a bit tricky to remove it). System booted right up. I'm a happy guy!

RefurbLane - you really know how to deliver on your promised products. My iMac Pro arrived a few weeks ago in immaculate condition and works perfectly. Also the included refurbished Apple keyboard and mouse was the icing on cake! Beautiful. Great work! I've been using Apple Mac's for 30 years, and RefurbLane's refurbished Apple Mac computers have me thinking about my next Mac, right now. IP Attorney in Darien CT
