from the website to my desk is a +++++ experience. Easy to navigate website, found multiples of what I wanted with ease Product description, tech specs, condition etc, 5 star Free Delivery, UPS (not USPS!) was on time Packaging, large box everything padded in high dense bubble wrap Very very impressed with condition, if it isn't new it sure looks and performs like it. Wife is looking for a later model 21.5 iMac, probably after the first of the year. Thanks again for a great buying experience.

The order arrived sooner than expected- even in the crazy weather we've been having! The iMac is in great visible condition. It looks tremendous. I turned it on and it did what it was supposed to do! The screen looks second to none- one can't tell that it is refurbished. The unit came with a power cord AND an authentic Apple Magic keyboard and mouse. What!? I didn't even expect those. Maybe you won't get one in your delivery but, dang, that was a nice side item to have been included in mine. The unit itself is for my administrative assistant who is an incredible person who I really want to keep happy (because everything I am not good at, she does and I need it to continue that way). So, all in all, I am very pleased with the price, product, and payoff (that my admin is HAPPY!). Thanks, RefurbLane!

everything came in one piece they even gave me 40gb ram. I ordered a iMac in fair condition but it looks brand new. the only thing I was upset about was that it didn't come with a power cord, but I was able to use the cord I use for my xbox until I get an apple one. it also didn't come with the original mouse and keyboard but that's ok I already had an apple pair. but considering in how good of a condition it came in for the price I would definitely recommend this distributor!

Great value for an iMac that does everything we need. There were lots of options to consider as we shopped. The computer shipped quickly and was well-packaged.

Hi, I received the computer well packaged and with no damage to the box. The computer itself looks virtually flawless so your rating of "Excellent" was spot on. Other than stumbling around for a week trying to figure out how to use it, the operation was very smooth. My week of stumbling was due to me being a lifelong Windows user, so lots of things are different and I still haven't got all the keyboard shortcuts memorized. I had thought that since I have had iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for years the transition to Mac would be a little easier.......but I was wrong. It's slowly getting better however. I have only had one major problem with hardware since I got this computer. When I first set it up the apple friendly keyboard and mouse that you supplied with it worked beautifully by just plugging them in to the Mac. Then, about 2 days later, the keyboard and the mouse quit working (with Bluetooth). I have checked all the settings I can find on the Mac and repeatedly tried to get both of them to pair again with the Mac....but to no avail. The only thing I was able to do was to take the wireless USB antenna from the back of the mouse and plug it in to the Mac. Then the mouse will work. But not with Bluetooth and no keyboard with Bluetooth. I don't know if this is a common problem or not. I have tried using help forums to fix it but nothing helped. To have a keyboard at all I had to get out an old Dell wired keyboard and plug it in to USB on the Mac. Most things are usable on it but some keys are different from the Apple keyboard......so it creates some confusion at times. If you could give me a step by step repair solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated. If not, maybe there is is a problem with the Apple keyboard and mouse that would need to be replaced by your company. I did however want to thank you for a Mac spec upgrade. It turned out that this Mac actually was a 4.2 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i7........not a 3.4GHz Intel Core i5 (a bit speedier) as it says in your paperwork. I guess you can thank your vendor for that upgrade. So, please let me know what you can do to alleviate this keyboard and mouse problem. Thanks for your help and a good shipment ! James
