I couldn’t be happier. The device was listed as “excellent condition” and boy oh boy you weren’t kidding. Delivery time was reasonable. There was even a keyboard nd mouse included. Many of the refurbished Macs I looked at on other sites did not come with them. It was great to be able to just open the box and be ready to go. Everything about the shopping experience has been fantastic. I would definitely consider buying from you again.

My son turned me on to RefurbLane last year and I have been telling everyone since then. I first bought an Apple 15" laptop .... Came in perfect condition. I just had a 27" desktop IMAC delivered and I couldn't be happier with how it was delivered and how it performs. You save more than half the price of a new mac and it works and looks perfect. Highly recommend RefurbLane for your tech needs. Also you are going green when buying this way.... win win all around.

Well, I wasn't sure how things were going until recently. The device arrived well-packaged and secure. Setting it up and uploading my data went smoothly. And, it has been operating well, as I expected. However, it was also getting unusually hot on occasion, and I wasn't familiar with this on an iMac. I talked to your tech, Diego V. and he assured me that it is normal for the iMac to heat up when doing things like indexing Spotlight. I thought that might be the case. Diego put my worries to rest. So, everything has gone very well with this purchase.

Shipping was much faster than expected. Everything was packed perfectly with inflated bubble-wrap. The iMac had a few minor cosmetic flaws but nothing terrible. The condition description was honest and labeled as "Fair", but I would rate it above that. The screen condition is perfect and the computer seems to be working flawlessly. So far, I am very satisfied. I researched similar, pre-owned iMacs and Black Market beat them on price, shipping costs, and warranty. Hopefully it will hold up for me and I will get the support needed, if applicable. If so, I would purchase from Black Market again, for sure.

This IMAC was delivered in absolutely perfect condition. This unit is like new with no flaws. As advertised. This isn't my first purchase from RefurbLane. In fact I and some in my family have purchased several times with always the same result. Always PERFECT. We do appreciate your honesty in your business practices. If there were a 5 +++ rating you folks sure deserve it. Thank You, Joseph Varnum I did have a problem when I purchased my last order. I was unable to use my code for my Veterans discount. Can someone help me with that. I have not been able to make phone contact with you. I would appreciate a call. Your cooperation is so appreciated.
