Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G • Locked Verizon

Really really really pleased with my new phone everything was all set and ready to go I purchased the phone in fair condition but I can't really tell that was efurbished. I was kept up to date about everything regarding my delivery 9.99/10 my only complaint is that I didn't get an ejector pin.

Excellent quality, very easy to setup, fast, easy phone to use, plenty of storage, it is a big phone, but it's what I wanted...love the 12 GB of RAM, went to an area with 5G, so that functionality works exceptionally well! Overall very satisfied with the S20 Ultra 5G 128GB phone!

The item received exceeded my expectations. It functions well and the battery is in excellent condition. Like some other users, I purchased the S20 rather than a newer model because it is the last year that contains an SD external memory card slot.

Delivery was fast. Start up perfect. Phone perfect condition. Still no issues after almost 4 months of use. Great phone.

Everything was great but am very upset that this was sold to us as a verizon phone and the video calling option that comes with verizon phones is not available with this. It looks like it ended up being an unlocked phone that was sent to us instead of strictly a verizon phone. I could be wrong but would love some help troubleshooting if anyone would care to help. I have not had this issue before with phones from here but this is only my 2nd phone to buy from here.

The camera lens top glass was cracked but didn't affect picture quality and some scuffs on the front of the screen and back of the phone, screen protector and case cover the defects. on a "GOOD" condition phone. battery life is good and over all an acceptable condition phone for the price. Will buy again and recommend to friends and family.
