Fair - Good - Excellent, which one to buy? This is my third phone I've bought on here & of the three phones I chose to go with Fair to having thought even if there are light scratches or what nots it will eventually happen sooner than later but surprisingly enough all three were in perfect shape & prices were reasonable. As for the Samsung Galaxy S10+, do your homework first, checkout the reviews, google it as I had read a few reviews on here & went with it but quite honestly wish I'd looked into it more as it's by far the worse phone I've had as it's got issues. At least once a day this thing locks me out, It says to two finger swipe on screen to unlock but after doing so the screen doesn't advance to show unlocked as it literally won't allow me to get passed it, to then says use finger print function, yet doesn't recognize any of my prints & when I set it up I must had done over a hundred, I then try using my pin code but it won't validate a # after pushing down #key & if that wasn't enough there is this voice that speaks out everything you are doing to sound like a child that gets a little creepy. I'll hard boot, soft boot to get nothing, I'll attempt to reboot or even attempt to turn it off but wont do so. You'll see text messages come thru & phone calls come in but won't allow you to reply or answer, you're basically in a boat with a blown engine drifting. The next bit of advice that I can give is buy a phone locked to your current carrier, do not buy Fully unlocked as it means nothing. The phone before this one said just that to be Fully Unlocked but come to find out was locked with Verizon & never got to do much with it. I reached out to the customer service people that RefurbLane uses & what a joke to having got no where with them to then finally got someone from RefurbLane to step in but gave me this 2 page letter of what I need to do to return it but was way to confusing, I showed it to other people & they got lost in it as well. So it now sits in the closet in it's original box gathering dust to have me eventually find a buyer for it. It talks of the issue on google yet Samsung isn't doing a thing about it.

Glad I went back to the S series of Galaxy phones. This phone is is just better and have not had any issue with it at all, The curved edge of the screen does take some getting use to however as I have done lots of random selections by touching the edge. Over all very happy with this phone and other than arriving with a depleted battery, it came as described. Well packaged to prevent shipping damage from the clumsy and slow USPS shipper.
