Galaxy S10 • Locked T-Mobile

MIXED REVIEW DUE TO LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The S10 was reconditioned by ThePhoneStore and is fantastic. Ordered mint condition and it arrived with a glass screen protector and in perfect condition. The bad news is RefurbLane over charged and I have been waiting for 7 weeks for a correction to be made. They charged $469 for the phone with 2 yr warranty, $28.16 for tax and I had a $10 credit. Somehow their system charged $547.13 *** the total should be $487.16. Still no credit and I have requested an escalation multiple times. I was prepared to purchase a second phone from ThePhoneStore if RefurbLane would issue the credit... still waiting....

Great condition, very minor scratches,, good battery life, no issues. Wo I ld certainly buy again.

First time using RefurbLane, was initially skeptical about it. After receiving the phone in 3 days and having it well packaged I knew this was a great website. Phone came in looking brand new as specified by the tier and everything works good so far. If you're a first timer I really recommend giving it a try you can't go wrong and if for some reason it does you have a Warranty!

Phone was exactly as described, in true mint condition. Works great. Only negative was that it did not come with the small tool necessary to pop open the SD/SIM card slot. I did have my old one so that worked out.

Overall good. The S10 phone I got is snappy and works fine so far. Two things though: 1. While there were not many (2 small), I would still expect fewer scratches if the screen condition was described as "Screen: Excellent condition. No scratches." 2. Maybe it is just me but, while the face recognition on S10 is awesome, the fingerprint reader is rather poor. I rarely get a match on the first time.
