When looking for a carrier, all said the device was locked. So I couldn't select the one I wanted. I had to activate a plan with the new sim in another phone since they see it as locked. After activating the sim and inserting into new phone, it worked. Took about a week and lots of confusion to finally get it working. Never had this much trouble before. Phone works well.

I wanted to wait and use the phone for awhile so I could give an informed review. It works great. It's a little slower than a new phone, but for the price, I couldn't be happier.

Purchased for a family in need and the child's mother couldn't be happier. She is able to communicate with her son's school for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. There was a slight delay in shipping which was communicated effectively by RefurbLane. Very pleased with the device when it arrived it looks brand new. Thank you.

I bought a Galaxy A13 classified as in "good condition so I expected a few scratches and dings but I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived that it was like new.It works like a brand new one and with the price I am very very pleased.

It was a gift for my son, and he couldn't be happier. It is in excellent condition, both esthetically as well as functionally. He thought that it was great that it was recycled too. Less waste, better for the environment, he said.

Mint was super easy to install. Pretty much automatic. The service works well too. The only complaint I have is that the OS does not add my name to SMS messages so I need to do it manually. There is probably a setting that will do this, but I have not found it yet. Everything works very well. Love the automatic transition to and from wifi.
