Galaxy S10 5G • Locked T-Mobile

It was shipped on schedule and arrived on schedule. It had the appearance of a new phone. The battery needed charging, but since the first charge, it holds charge as I would expect from a new phone. All functions seem to work perfectly.

This phone is just like new, if it isnt! Everything works great! Make sure when you order a phone case and screen protectors, that you get it for the 5G phone.. it is bigger than the Plus! I had to send back a couple cases until I figured it out!

Great phone. .. I am loving it. Phone came in excellent condition and working well. I am returning customer this is my second purchase through RefurbLane. I will definitely consider RefurbLane for future purchases. Keep up the good work. =:)

I ordered a Galaxy S10 5G 256GB - Crown Silver - Locked T-Mobile for my daughter....but seller sent me a blue unlocked Verizon phone. Didn't realize it until after she transfered all the info. The phone works and is in good condition, but has its minor things as it is a Verizon unlocked phone and now on tmobile network. Seller phone description didn't match phone received. Dissatisfied.

Very happy with product.

I wasted 2 hours of my time in the t-mobile store trying to activate the device. It also was not the carrier I ordered... it was an AT&T device and I ordered T-Mobile unlocked (T-Mobile tried to activate it anyway for me, but the device is locked to AT&T and according to the AT&T website, there is still a financed balance due on the phone). NICE WASTE OF MY TIME and from other reviews I've heard it takes as long as 10 days for them to refund to my credit card... Horrible experience!
