Looks brand new. I just put in my sim card and the phone updated immediately! After 3 weeks, I experienced the battery holding its charge for more than a day. I would purchase again from RefurbLane!

It's not just an amazing phone, but it came in perfect condition. The advertisement said good, but after putting light on it and looking at it closely. I found hardly anything visible that would stand out. This is my first time purchasing a phone through Black Market, and I was left impressed. more so after using every function available and extensive tests that push the phone to its limits on performance and functionality. I had an S10+ previously, and that was fine for almost five years until it died. I do enjoy the upgrade. The real reason is that besides the nice functions and camera, etc. I like the fact I can add extra storage 1TB. I am not a big fan of putting all that matters on some off storage somewhere virtually. I like hands-on. However, in all, this phone is amazing, and choosing this company to purchase my next phone and the price is right. Lastly, the S20 Ultra is a great phone and should not be under estimated. Thank you.

I don't tend to replace my phone often. I buy one and use it till it's on its last legs. So when my Galaxy s8 started constantly resetting on its own I knew it was time. I've tried out a few different Samsung phones in the past and having had the best, in terms of software, life, and avaliable troubleshooting answers with the Galaxy, that's what I wanted. Doing the research and seeing as the s20 Ultra in comparison to the latest Galaxy phone (at the time of this review), the s23, weren't so groundbreaking to warrant the extra cost, I was happy to choose the slightly older flagship phone. I've had it for a little while now and have been very happy with it. It runs all my apps and games at excellent speeds, looks clear as a bell, and has so much memory I can hardly wait to fill it all up! A few things to keep in mind for anyone looking to upgrade or switch. This looks to be the last Galaxy phone that will accept a sd card. And while it has waaay more memory than my last phone, I like knowing I can add a bit more if needed. Also, and this came as a shock to me, there is no headphone jack. I didn't realize they had been getting rid of them in phones since I had my old one for so long and didn't think of it no being around anymore. So anyone else who likes their music on the go, be sure to upgrade to a Bluetooth headset if you haven't already. Oh! If you like a secure/sturdy phone case like I do, be sure to get a moldable/flexible screen protector instead of the more rigid one with a hole for the biometric lock. I had the worst time getting it to try to stay flat and gave up on the biometric with it. Got a new one that smooths over the screen and I have no more issues. If you're worried, don't be! Seriously! Buying my "new" phone from here was the best decision. I plan to come back when I save up so I can replace my gaming laptop soon!

It arrived fast, and was in even better condition than i expected. Battery performance is not perfect (88%) but for the price I have 0 complaints. Screen and body looks like new. After daily use for a few months I can say I am very happy with my device.

The refurbished phone market is tricky to figure out. This is only my 2nd refurbished experience and I will say I was a bit leery of RefurbLane after reading some reviews and BBB rating, not very good. But I saw the warranty and found a great deal, so I figured Id take a chance. All of these refurb websites are using 3rd party sellers anyways. Both RefurbLane and the 3rd party seller were very responsive and I got my phone 2 days early, right at Christmas! I bought a "very good" phone but there was not a scratch or blemish on it, looked brand new. I needed a nano SIM as my old one was a micro, so I took it to the Verizon store. No issues at all, started right up with no hassle. After a couple weeks all is still great. I basically got the best non-Iphone you can buy at more than half off the new price! I would definitely reccomend to a friend!

I've had the phone for 2 weeks. Its immaculate although I paid for fair, not a visible scratch. Communication with the seller has been pleasant. They checked in to see how they phone is handling. It was shipped out the next day and i received a day earlier than expected. This is my 4th phone for me and my family over the years from RefurbLane and I have not been dissapointed yet. If there are any changed which i doubt i will update this. I highly recommend if you arent satisfied they do refund your purchase.

Been very happy with this first purchase on RefurbLane. Arrived about 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery which was a nice surprise. Been using this refurbished phone (excellent condition) that released back in 2020 for about 2 weeks now and wow it's been in working fantastically. The battery works like it's new. All the buttons work as does the fingerprint scanner, no issues with the cameras. I have yet to find any issues and the 120hz motion smoothness is worth the sacrifice in resolution to keep it more in line with most current flagship phones. My only complaint is that there are minor superficial scratches on the screen from obvious prior use but are only noticeable when screen is off and actively looked for.
