The phone arrived less than a week after ordering, it actually came a day earlier than estimated. It was well packaged in a small box, wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and it came with a good quality brand new charging cable. The phone itself came with 90% charge in the battery, as well as a screen protector already applied in pristine condition. If I didn't know any better, I would think this phone was brand new. It works perfectly and doesn't have a single scratch or any wear and tear whatsoever. The battery life is also wonderful, I use this phone everyday at work, scanning barcodes with the camera both inside and outside so my brightness is often set to full. I come home after using it all day to 74% battery left. It also was fully unlocked as advertised, so it was a breeze to set up with my metro-pcs plan. I am extremely impressed not only by the condition of the phone but by the sellers fast shipping time and quality packaging. Thank you so much! Worked perfectly! Upgraded from old S5. The phone is fast and opens apps quickly. It starts up fast. Cameras are great with many different settings and modes (portrait mode, manual control like iso and focus). Battery might not be as good as other phones, but still pretty good. I'd say it would need to be charged after a day of lots of use. That's fine for me since I charge it every night, but not ideal for all. The only other complaint is that vibration mode isn't that powerful and I can't usually hear it from another room. Also front/selfie cameras are great. My carrier is Verizion and I ordered a nano sim for it, works perfectly with my carrier and no verizion bloatware preinstalled. If FM radio is in the listing, just know that most parts of the US don't support it. I tried with many apps including next radio and samsung radio, neither of which worked, so you'll be stuck with online radio. None of these downsides affected me very much so I love the phone. Powerful, great screen, and great cameras. I recommend over the pixel 4a (my other choice that was in my price range) if you want more power and a nicer body of the phone.

I think RefurbLane sent me a very nice device for the money! Only three things I did not really like. 1. I did not ask for random e mails to be sent to me and they of course are sending them. To be expected I suppose. 2. The phone arrived unlocked as was stated and I appreciate that fact however, it states clearly on the phone at all times that it is a U.S. Cellular phone. I would have appreciated it very much if that had been wiped off before it was sold to me. I do not do business with U.S. Cellular. 3. I am unable to load the factory voice mail app. Says the phone is not compatible with the app. Probably due to this not being a wiped device. I do wish that they had wiped the phone completely before I received it. Otherwise would I buy again from them? YES! Quick shipping. Pain free web site.
