I purchased a phone in the "Very Good" category. The phone i received looks brand new. The Galaxy Note9 was unlocked and the description said I could use it with T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint. I have Straight Talk, and it was super easy to switch over to the BYOP(bring your own phone) option that Straight Talk offers. I was told the phone wouldn't come with headphones, but it did. I was expecting the phones battery life to be, not so great but it actually has a 100% battery! I listen to Audible constantly on my phone and the battery holds a charge until all day. The customer service from the seller, Cellltime Cellular, was great and they got back with me, within a few hours every time I had a question. If I ever need another phone or electronic I will definitely check out RefurbLane first! I will totally recommend to friends and family as well!!

I was extremely shocked at the quality of the phone and how much extra packing they put in the box to get it to me for what I paid for it. I ordered a mint condition Note 9 and when it came in I swear its was brand new. It even had the factory sticker on the screen and the factory fast charger. I also was shocked that it was a T-mobile phone because I ordered a so called T-mobile phone on Amazon and it wasn't correct. I was so impressed with my phone, the company and care they took to get it to me that I just ordered my son a new tablet for his birthday. I will continue to order from them in the future.

UPDATE: back at RefurbLane to hopefully find x2 affordable iphone 11 or newer. Tired of sifting through tons of over-used, overpriced devices and scams from other secondhand device sources. My RefurbLane Note9 is still going strong! I'm on it now, battery life still amazing, phone has held up strong & still in same cond. I got it, even after some clumsy fumbles over the last 1-2 yrs. Broke my own stylus and discovered it wasn't OE but worked great til I launched it! OE stylus or not, worked til I murdered it, lol! Orig Review: Ok, I was super nervous about buying a phone on RefurbLane as they're lesser known than the other online giants. I'd just had a bad Note 9 purchase from the major online auction site. That phone arrived not as described, poor condition, was very slow & had an incompatible, older model s-pen. Of course it went back. After much research I took a chance with RefurbLane. Ultimately the 12 month warranty here won over the major online giant's 90 day warranty. I bought a Lavender Note 9 from seller Mobile Top Deal. I contacted seller with my concerns/bad experience & they certainly did not disappoint! "Mint" cond. was sold out so had to buy "very good" instead. Admittedly I'm kinda picky (but not unrealistic) & the phone I recieved is very near mint & had a screen protector already installed which was nice. Popped in my sim, micro sd, added a case & different screen protector & have been using it a few weeks now w/no issues. Now I'm back again for another Samsung phone or my son. I highly recommend RefurbLane & seller Mobile Top Deal! Other sellers are prob great too but I did scrutinize all the feedback & chose Mobile Top Deal based on that..... (the picky thing again!) xD

I could have ordered a brand new Galaxy Note9 from AT&T and paid $900.00. But I chose to go with you and get a refurbished one. I paid less than 1/2 the price and it is in fantastic shape and works like a charm. Other than 2 tiny (very tiny) scratches on the back there's no way to tell it is not new. As soon as my protective case arrives the scratches will be covered. Now I just need to learn what the Note9 will do and how to use it. This phone is way smarter than I am. I've never bought a device from this site before, and I am really impressed. I got a "good condition" device and was expecting to see more wear and tear. It honestly only has a couple of minor scratches that are barely noticeable. The item arrived way before its expected date and runs really smoothly.
