Excellent condition. Minor scratches, but now unnoticeable after puting a screen protector. Battery in decent state. System running smoothly. Installed the necessary apps for grandma to be able to use it, she is happy with it.

The phone was exactly what was described. The price was right. Yes, I'm very pleased. We'll worth the wait.

This phone was not unlocked as advertised. I now have to wait until Monday to speak to a Verizon representative and request that they unlock this phone. It took almost a hour to switch all of my information to this new phone just to get a error that I cannot connect to my carrier until I call Verizon. Very frustrat

It's truly a shame some of the sellers on RefurbLane don't uphold the standards and level of merit I have become accustomed to receiving with previous purchases. That being said the seller uCell2us has made my most recent experience with RefurbLane a bitter one, and although the gentlemen helping assist via chat were nice, the team there needs to be more watchful when checking the condition of their devices. Buying refurbished can be a bit unnerving for the fear of receiving a broken/unusable item or for the fear of getting ripped off. I ordered a "good" condition Galaxy s10 Lite that was meant to be a birthday gift; it did arrive earlier than expected but that's where the good experience ends. The phone was physically dirty and had extensive water damage with blue corrosion all over the charging port. Long story short, 15 days later and still no phone; I was only recently contacted about a refund after having the birthday come and go without this gift. I still needed this specific phone as a gift so I reordered today with a different seller; I'm hoping for the best and that perhaps the teams at both RefurbLane & uCell2us see the severity of this issue and make strides to fix any such ccurence in the future.

It’s always great. But I live on a boat and every phone I get ends up during due to water, even the water proof phone . I’m going to the last phone the the s 10 lite just stoped excepting the SIM card. Anyway. I still love the service the fault of broken phones is totally my fault . Except for the last one. Anyway .
