So good I ordered a second for my wife. Seriously. Came in a properly sized cardboard box. Charger properly wrapped. Cable properly wrapped. The phone itself was in a properly sized plastic cradle. All in all its as if I baught a brand new phone. Phone was a fresh boot. Wear/tear was as described... minimal/none. Came with a screen protector. Not sure how I feel about that. I've not used them before so if I don't like it i'm not sure how easy it is to remove them. I assume pretty easy but still... just something to note. These phones are known to have screen burning and I'm seeing exactly none. Over-all, very satisfied. Would order again a10/10 brrrrrrt

I got the good condition, and what's funny is that basically the only imperfection that isn't super small is some scratches on the screen that look like its from the camera bump of another OnePlus 7 Pro, which means the sellers are prolly the ones who caused that from having these stacked it whatever - Also mine was a T-Mobile version ☹️ This means there's a T-Mobile boot animation and the T-Mobile version of the 1+7 Pro gets updates slower. There is a way to make it non T-Mobile, but people have had issues with it so idk - The box it came in was slightly oversized for the phone, so it was sliding around which was very worrying at first, and the charger is some cheap off brand one but that was expected. - And also I didn't know what refurbished really meant since they don't seem to fix or replace anything, but the phone came perfectly clean, I think they even cleaned the USB C port!

Overall very satisfied with this product. It arrived in a timely fashion, I ordered the version of this phone in the "good" condition, so I expected at least a few tiny scrapes and dents to be visible. But I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package to find that the phone literally doesn't have any damage on it at least not any that's immediately noticeable, and all of the functions on the device seem to be working great. It honestly looks and feels like a brand new phone. So I can say I was very happy with this product and the customer service supporting it. I've recommended RefurbLane to several of my friends because it has demonstrated a lot of reliability and honesty in my business with them and offers great deals on pricing.

A google search will confirm that the OnePlus 7 Pro remains a great value phone in 2021. I bought the "fair" condition phone and it worked great for me: very minor scratches around parts of the phone you never look at like the top and bottom. One you put a case on, it might as well be a new phone. There was a small issue with the first phone they sent me: the charging port was finicky, but with the 30 day return window, I just got another one that didn't have that problem. One year warranty is also great for a refurbished phone. Most quality related issues will surface within that time.

The product was exactly what I was hoping for. The back had zero visible scratches. However, I put a skin on the back which would have hidden any present anyway. The screen had some light scratches, which I was initially slightly disappointed about. That said, they are not visible when the screen is off. I have actually grown to appreciate the scratches, as it allows me to use the phone without fear of scratching it, as there are already one present. I know not everyone may be in that school of thought, but that's what I think of the phone as of now. In terms of performance, it has been almost scary howfast it is. I did not expect to notice a difference between standard storage and UFS 3.0, but it is noticable. The 90 hz screen is incredible, and OxygenOS is amazing. Also, the three-way alert slider switch is a very ncie feature. The cameras are also incredible and have never faltered once (although I have not taken a large number of pictures with it yet). Anyways, if you want a review of the specs, look elsewhere, but those are just a handful of things that I noticed in my experience. Overall, if you want a solid phone that will keep pace with anything you will realistically throw at it, at a low price, I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Works flawlessly! The battery's definitely not new but compared to my backup that I was working with this is more than an upgrade. And for the price! Wow!! The only TINY complaint I have, and it doesn't really matter, but I didn't receive any charging cord with the phone. But like I said it doesn't really matter because I have a bunch of USB-C cords from my Pixel.

I got a OnePlus 7 Pro. was good all around, just a couple of light scratches on the surface. Arrived when they said it would. Hardware condition was excellent overall, all components worked well and battery life is excellent, very little degradation. Only real complaint is that my phone is T-Mobile originally, even though it's unlocked, so the app is there permanently. Not a big deal, but something worth knowing. Ultimately, if you wanna get an excellent phone for a very good price, with a couple tiny scratches on it, this is for you.
