I'm very pleased with my phone. Looks like new. Works well. Battery capacity is 96%which is excellent. I just wish I had noticed before I ordered, that signature on delivery was required. If I hadn't noticed that I would have had it delivered to work instead of home. It took a few extra days before it could be re-delivered to third party location where I could pick up.

The phone arrived in excellent condition. The phone was an excellent price. The phone works very well and my Wife loves her new phone. There were also aspects of my purchase from RefurbLane that weren't great. The phone did not come with a OnePlus power supply or any power supply with a high current output for fast charging of the phone. The phone purchase did not include the tool to remove the SD card tray.

Phone came in basically brand new condition, nothing wrong after weeks of usage. If you buy a OnePlus phone, make sure to get a SuperVOOC charger for maximum charge speeds.

The OnePlus 12R brings solid flagship performance to the table with a few practical upgrades, making it a compelling mid-2020s smartphone for everyday users. Launched in early 2024, it borrows high-end DNA from its big sibling—the OnePlus 12—but trims out some of the flashier (and pricier) extras. It’s fresh enough to feel modern in 2025, but seasoned enough to be truly trustworthy on the refurbished market.

Key features:

Release Date: January 2024
Display: 6.78-inch LTPO4 AMOLED, 120Hz adaptive refresh, HDR10+
Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
Camera: Triple rear cameras: 50MP main (Sony IMX890), 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro
Operating System: Ships with Android 14 (OxygenOS 14)
Build: Aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 front, Gorilla Glass back
Connectivity: 5G compatible with Wi-Fi 7 support

Who is this for?

The OnePlus 12R is designed for busy multitaskers, students, and professionals who need a fast, smooth device with a large, responsive display but don’t obsess over pro-level camera features. Compared to top-tier flagships like the OnePlus 12, you get most of the core power without crossing into feature overload—making it a sweet spot for practical users, commuters, gamers, and anyone who prefers a balance of modern software and proven hardware.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Vibrant 120Hz AMOLED display for buttery scrolling and content consumption. Camera system lacks optical zoom and typical flagship polish. Flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip keeps performance snappy into 2025 and beyond. No official IP68 water resistance rating (just “splash” resistance). Wi-Fi 7 support for future-proofed connectivity. Macro lens feels like filler—not everyone needs close-ups of their cereal.
Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished OnePlus 12R means fewer electronics in landfills and more flagship-level power in your pocket. Every pre-owned device on RefurbLane is thoroughly tested for quality and function—so you can trust your purchase without the new-device waste. Learn more about our quality standards.
