Absolutely no issues with new phone, it was Verizon ready. This performance is amazing. Slightly disappointed that the phone case and screen guard arrived days later, but overall I’m happy.

The phone I received gets very hot when charging, despite trying multiple different outlets, cords and blocks. Furthermore, the phone displayed a message saying that the a screen was replaced on it and either isn’t an Apple approved screen or was installed incorrectly. The phone also has 81% battery life and performs very poorly.
