It is a literal brand new phone. Came with original Apple charger and original Apple SIM card remover and Apple papers and sticker. Battery health 100%. Would highly recommend BEST4TECH as a seller. It’s as good as Apple refurbished.

I was skeptical about this website since the prices seemed too good to be true, but when I opened the package, it was better than I expected. This is not a paid comment, I kid you not. Even though it was listed in fair condition, it was almost like brand new. It had light scratches on the screen that were barely noticeable. I threw on a screen protector and a new case, and it was such an easy setup. For an iPhone 13 Pro Max that is basically new for $400, I would absolutely buy from this website again if my phone broke in a heartbeat. I got all my stuff transferred easily since it was unlocked, and I am so impressed. Definitely recommend buying an iPhone here!!

OK, so first of all I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to come and write and tell you guys that the phone is amazing. I ordered in premium condition and it does not have any single scratch or any signs of use and the battery is 100% I think this was the best purchase from RefurbLane. I was spectacle about the phone, but it’s so amazing.

I bought two iPhone 13 Pro Max for my boys and I wasn’t expecting much considering the ones that I bought were labeled fair for condition. I wasn’t in the market to buy brand new phones, as soon as I got these phones and was pleasantly surprised that they were in great condition and the battery life for both phones were in the 90% health range. I’ll definitely recommend this site to anyone that is looking for refurbished phones in the future

iPhone 13 Pro Max questions, answered

Yes, the iPhone 13 Pro Max remains a strong choice in 2026. Its 4352 mAh battery delivers up to 28 hours of video playback; still among the best in any iPhone. The ProMotion 120Hz display, triple 12MP camera with ProRes video, and A15 Bionic chip make for a genuine flagship experience. At from $375 refurbished versus $999 new, that's a hard deal to pass up.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max offers up to 28 hours of video playback, noticeably ahead of the iPhone 13 (19 hours) and the iPhone 13 Pro (22 hours). Its 4352 mAh battery is one of the largest ever fitted in a Pro iPhone at the time of release. For heavy users who regularly drain their phone before end of day, the Pro Max's battery is the single most compelling reason to choose it over the smaller Pro.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 13 Pro share the same A15 Bionic chip and triple camera system. The key differences:
Display: 6.7 inches (Pro Max) vs 6.1 inches (Pro)
Battery: up to 28 hours video playback (Pro Max) vs 22 hours (Pro)
Weight: 240g (Pro Max) vs 204g (Pro)
Telephoto OIS: the Pro Max adds sensor-shift OIS to the telephoto lens for sharper zoom shots
The Pro Max is the pick for endurance, media consumption, and long shooting sessions. The Pro is the better one-handed option.
Yes. The iPhone 13 Pro Max features ProMotion, Apple's adaptive display technology that adjusts from 10Hz to 120Hz in real time, 20Hz during fast scrolling and gaming, lower when content is static to preserve battery. It's on a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel with 1000 nits typical brightness. The standard iPhone 13 runs at 60Hz, and the difference in day-to-day use is genuinely noticeable.
No. The iPhone 13 Pro Max does not support Apple Intelligence. Apple's on-device AI features require an A17 Pro or A18 chip, available only on the iPhone 15 Pro and newer. The 13 Pro Max runs the A15 Bionic. It does fully run iOS 26 and is expected to receive software updates through approximately 2027–2028, so it stays current on features that don't depend on the newer neural engine.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a triple 12MP camera system: a Wide lens with sensor-shift OIS, an Ultra Wide with macro photography capability (down to 2cm), and a 3x optical zoom telephoto that also features sensor-shift OIS, exclusive to the Pro Max within the iPhone 13 lineup. It supports ProRes video at 4K 30fps (on 256GB+ models), Cinematic mode, and a LiDAR scanner for fast autofocus in low light. For a deeper look, see our guide to the best iPhone for photos.
