Extremely nice customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong phone. They had a quick response to all my questions and were extremely helpful. they issued a refund with a prepaid stamp that came with the phone. The phone itself was immaculate. I ordered the excellent condition and it came literally perfect. 98% battery health, no scratches, and came with an apple charger and an aftermarket charging block. Amazing company with great products and an amazing customer service team!

My phone had no detectable scratches or defects. It works as if it were new. A usb off brand charging cable was included, as was two plastic covers for the face plate. I referred my daughter who also purchased a phone. I would buy again from this site. I recommend.

I was debating a new phone from a cell provider, which would have been a huge mistake. The phone from RefurbLane is in Excellent condition even though I thought I purchased one in only Good condition. The shipping and tracking is fast and great. The phone test diagnosis is a nice feature as well. I am positive there is no better way to purchase a cell phone than from RefurbLane. The only negative is, as another user mentioned, was the actual item packaged in only a thin layer of bubble wrap in a cardboard box. More protection is more desireable.

The quality is amazing, there’s no wear or tear on the phone, and it does not look used whatsoever. I accidentally shot my old iPhone, so take my review with a grain of salt. That said, I'm super happy with my purchase. iPhone 12 Pro Max is easily the best iPhone i've owned to date and runs competitively with anything else out there. My pohone came quickly (ordered it on Thursday night/Friday morning and received it on Monday afternoon. The quality of the iPhone was perfect, no signs of use and basically looked brand new outside of the box it came in. I've also been using it for about a month and haven't had a single issue now. I just bought an IPhone 12 max pro in what they said was “fair” condition. (I had just ran over my previous one) long story. Anyway this one is awesome even if it’s just “fair” I saw nothing that would ever make me refuse it, actually I saw nothing wrong with it. The battery is fine! Lasts me all day.
