    Everything was great. There phone was received timely and in great condition. Packaged securely. Only compliant is that the phone was a bit dusty. Missed a few spots. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. I love RefurbLane! Been buying from them for awhile now.

    phone came, looked great. opened the camera app, and the auto focus was stuck on a spot about 1 cm in front of the camera. Apple store couldnt fix it, told me the camera isn't a verified apple part. Sent the phone back, asked for a repair or replacement. Nope. Got a refund. Now I have to buy another new phone, prices went up, the site thinks i used my promo code already on the last order, but since it was refunded, I actually just lose out on it. Great. I've used RefurbLane for years, loved my devices every time. First time something goes wrong and theres 0 support, 0 contact, and they only point you to "talking with an agent within one or two business days" after you try and leave a one star review. I'm still hoping they'll make it better, but for now - would not recommend. It's a gamble and you've got to hope nothing is wrong with your device.

    The controllers right analog had crazy stick drift so a new controller was needed. The Xbox has some drawing on it and small dents on the edge. This refurbisher didn’t properly test the controller or clean the Xbox. I love RefurbLane and I’ve been eyeing an Xbox for a while but I am unsatisfied with this purchase.

    Everything is great except for the screen. The screen is not Apple Original or is installed wrongly. But, except for that, everything is great! I ordered it in fair condition, and there are a few small dents on the frame and some small scratches on the screen which is excellent for fair condition.     I purchased this tablet with the full intention of returning it if it did not meet my expectations. I am very happy to report that not only did it meet but it exceeded my expectations! It arrived exactly when they said it would, it came in exactly the condition it said it would (like new) and works very well. I just took this on a week-long, intensive work trip and used it as a notebook/laptop and the battery lasted all day (I charged it every night), the Spen worked very well and I am so happy with this tablet. This was definitely a splurge item and if it didn't do what I wanted, I would absolutely return, but it is amazing and I'm so excited to use it all the time!
