The phone was great. The screen was in excellent condition, a scratch at the bottom and by the camera but barely visible

I received the device quickly and it was packaged well and as expected, the battery is in excellent condition and my device looks brand new. I'm still testing it out, but so far I can say I'm very satisfied. It's just a beautiful device and works smoothly and quickly, and the AI features are simply excellent.

My phone arrived quickly and I'm very happy with new phone! I was hesitant about ordering a refurbished phone but I ordered one in excellent condition and I swear I received a brand new phone. It's absolutely pristine and I saved myself a nice chunk of change. I'll definitely order from RefurbLane again.

For a device rated good I can't imagine it being much better than this. There are a couple micro scratches on the polished frame and a couple scratches on the camera bar - but not in front of the lenses at all. The battery health is 100 and the display is the best I've ever experienced on a phone. 10/10 would purchase again, I've added a dbrand grip case and prism screen protector to make sure this phone lasts for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend this device and the seller.

The device was exactly as described in premium condition, it looks absolutely brand new. The only possible areas of concern for me, and the reason for the 4-star rating, were that the battery was completely dead when it arrived and took a few minutes on the charger before it would even display a low battery icon. This isn't a great thing for long-term storage, it would've been better to see it around 20 to 30%, and that level is also safe for transport. When I turned it on I found that it was indeed fully unlocked, no problem there. Looking at the battery health and cycle count I saw why it looked brand new, it displayed....one charge cycle. According to the phone itself it was built in January 2025, and it had one charge cycle on the original battery. And it arrived completely discharged. This tells me that 1. I am the first user of this device, and 2. While this particular seller verified the cosmetic condition and possibly the network status, they likely didn't do much else. Now having said that, the phone works flawlessly and the battery health is sitting at 100% despite the period of disuse, so I am satisfied with my purchase. Honestly, this is more of a nitpick but it could've arrived in better packaging as well, it was only wrapped in some cellophane. Again, it's in brand new condition so it was obviously sufficient to prevent damage during transport, but for the price it would've been nice to at least see it in a box. Not saying I'd never consider them again, but I'd be just a little cautious of this particular refurbisher in the future.

Who is this for?

The Google Pixel 9 Pro is built for those who want flagship-level features without endless customization headaches. Photographers, content creators, and anyone who values consistent software updates will feel right at home here. Compared to the Pixel 8 Pro, it offers more refined AI photo tools and a more vibrant display – but if you don’t need the latest AI-powered photo tricks, a Pixel 8 Pro is still holding its own. Students, travelers, and professionals looking for Google’s pure Android with stellar cameras will appreciate its all-rounder chops.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Versatile triple camera system, excellent for photography and video. No expandable storage (microSD), so cloud backups are your friend. Clean, bloat-free Android OS with long-term update support. Large size might be less comfortable for those who prefer compact phones. Premium OLED display with adaptive refresh rates for smooth scrolling. No headphone jack, so wireless or USB-C audio is required.
