I was pleasantly surprised that the phone I received was essentially like new in appearance and function. I was a bit confused when setting up service with my carrier because the phone prompt was for a Spectrum QR code., so I thought it was locked. Fortunately, my Consumer Cellular QR code worked just fine. In addition, I got a fair value for my trade-in phone, which was a nice convenience.

Perfect. Great value! My Pixel 10 Pro XL arrived on time and in the condition that RefurbLane advertised. Process was simple and very transparent. This is my third phone from RefurbLane -- my friends and I will be back for more.

It took a bit of adjusting switching from an old Samsung Galaxy 10 phone setting up apps-wise but I am very happy with the Pixel. Took less than an hour to move over all my files and apps from the Samsung to the Pixel. I find myself using voice commands much of the time and I love the camera features with this phone. Glad I went with 256 Gb so there's plenty of memory.

The device arrived in excellent condition, as advertised, and works great. But, I had difficulty transfering from my older pixel to the new one, which should normally be a simple straightforward process, and yet I could not transfer my eSIM on T-Mobile, insisting that I use Verizon. I paid a little extra to get an unlocked phone, when I could have purchased one locked to T-Moble. The T-Moble representative, very patiently and in a time-consuming process, helped me try different options to finally get my phone working properly.

I'm very pleased with my phone it worked well I had a little confusion with the phone company itself but it was mostly because they didn't know what they were doing I got everything hooked up and it works great it even downloaded everything directly from my phone like Voodoo. can't wait to buy my next product
