So far so good. The only thing that had me worried was when I turned on the phone it displayed xfinity. I was confused because I bought an unlocked phone but after some research I saw that unlocked phones can still have previous service providers installed on phones...or something of that nature. As long as it works...

Absolutely happy with my purchase. There was a delay in shipping, but RefurbLane reached out and kept me informed all along the way. That is why I keep coming back after all these years! I highly recommend RefurbLane to everyone who will listen!

Was worried I was gonna get what I paid for, because everywhere I went this phone was $500+ and to spend 1/4 of that and to have a awesome phone that has not disappointed me once . Very pleased would use RefurbLane again if I need to do so.

I purchased S21FE5G 3 weeks ago for my husband. I liked his phone so much, I purchased another S21FE5G from RefurbLane. The ordering process is great on RefurbLane. They include detailed information about each phone. I purchased unlocked phones which work on all 3 major networks. The prior supplier didn't have my phone in stock. I chose LEARBRE STORES INC because of their high ratings. The delivery was in 2 days, as promised. The phone was in excellent condition, no damage to the screen, a few minor scratches on the back of the phone. The color and quality is great. It takes much better pictures/videos than my old LG harmony. The pop-ups were very annoying. We evenly figured out how to stop most of them. Overall, I LOVE my phone! It doesn't freeze up and the speaker quality is much better. The USB cord doesnt charge as quickly as my husband's cord. Battery is great. I can go 1.5 days before charging in a pinch. I purchased screenprocters and cases separately. My saving on RefurbLane, I bought two phones in excellent condition as promised for the price of one new phone. My only complaint is having to transfer contacts, texts and apps from one phone to another. I had two use two different apps to complete the process. I had no trouble with moving my SIM card, worked perfectly. 🥰 Now, my kids want up grades. 😆

So far so good, I'm using the cellphone as a repeater. Only one thing is annoying that previosly it was locked by Verizon, and when I turn off the Airplane mode or restart the cellphone, I get notification that the sim card isn't Verizon

I have trust issues, thought it would be a scam, omg, this phone was delivered to me with no scratches, looking like brand new and even already updated to the lasted version, I'm super excited
