Got it in the "Fair" condition. To be honest, it's more of an almost excellent. The only defect is the small 2 scratches on the screen? But it really does't mess with me at all. Everything works fantastic, from the camera to the back-PLASTIC. I capitalized "plastic" because if it was glass I would had broke the back the day I got it. Very good phone, if you ever want a phone to use as a daily user, and don't want to spend 800-1400 dollars, this is the choice for you.

I got the phone 2 days earlier then expected. It's in great condition. It even had a screen protector on form the last owner which was nice. It dose heat up a little bit, but that is to be expected as it is almost 5 years old. Overall the phone is great.

Samsung 20 FE 5G arrived in 5 days in excellent physical condition. I ordered it in "Good" condition, but really it appears to be in "Excellent" - just a few tiny surface scratches on the back of the phone that can only be seen with a flashlight and glasses. Switching phones has been painless since I switched from a Samsung Galaxy S9 to this Galaxy S20 FE I ordered an AT&T compatible phone. When it arrived i just put the SIM from my Galaxy S9 into the new phone and it worked right away. The one drawback is the Technical specifications listed on the RefurbLane site don't match exactly with the device. For example, the device specifications on the web site indicated the device has 8 Gb of RAM when in reality the phone has only 6 Gb of RAM. The pho ne has an option to set it to use some of the storage space as virtual RAM so that helps. I researched the S20 FE and I thought the internal SIM tray would accommodate an SD card like my old S9 did, but it doesn't. So I have to make due with the 128 Gb of internal storage space. Aside from those minor things, it's a very nice phone. I would recommend RefurbLane to friends and family for sure.
