I was skeptical at first about buying a used phone, but the price and return policy (and positive reviews) convinced me to go for it. My S20+ arrived in 4 days. I ordered the "excellent condition" phone and it has lived up to that description. I cannot find a flaw on it, and I studied it very close when applying a screen protector. It was fully unlocked and I was able to transfer from my old, S8+ by pulling my sim card and putting it in the new phone and it came right up, attached to the network. The battery is in good condition and will last with my usage about a day. The S20+ still had a micro sd card slot, so I could also move my sd card from the old phone to the new one and it was read with no problem. I have been very happy with my purchase. The phone has lived up to it's description and I'm glad I found it through BlackMarket.

Very happy with my purchase! It was time to upgrade my Galaxy S9. I got Galaxy S20+ in "good" condition. So far, no complaints at all, the battery life is great, the screen on this thing is amazing, the data transfer was seamless. The only thing I found to be "wrong" with the new phone is some paint worn off around charging port, which is absolutely not a big deal for me, especially for the price! I'm really happy yo have found this site and already eyeing some other items to purchase. Also, love the fact that all these devices get to have a second life and are not just tossed into landfills because of minor imperfections. Thanks, RefurbLane!

The phone was sold as in excellent condition and that's exactly how it arrived. It had absolutely no scratches and looked brand new. It was also shipped out very quickly. When I first attempted to put my T-Mobile SIM card into it it acted like it was not unlocked. But shortly after that the phone went through a cycle of updates to bring itself current and after several updates it recognized the SIM card and change the logo to T-Mobile and everything is working perfect. So my recommendation to anybody buying a phone off here is to be patient when you first get it and allow it to do whatever updating it needs to do before you feel like you need to reach back out to the seller. In any case this is my second phone purchased off of RefurbLane and in both cases I have not been disappointed, top quality at great prices equals a very happy customer.

I read a ton of reviews and so many were good that I decided to try this out and in so glad I did. I purchased the good (middle?) option and my phone came in perfect condition. I've had no problems whatsoever with my phone. I wished more reviews talked about the actually phone, so I'll tell you what I like about my phone. It has great battery life. I use my phone a lot during the day and usually I don't have a problem with the battery making it to the end of the day. The battery life is a big thing for me and this phone has done great. I love how fast the phone is. It has so much memory and storage space that the apps open very quickly. I've had it a month and so far no problems. It has great speakers and sound, but no aux port, so just remember that. I was hoping it had a way to shake the phone to turn on the flashlight, but I was able to download an app, so no problem with not having that feature. And it takes really great pictures a well. Honestly I have no complaints about the phone and hope it will stay that way for a long time. And I'm happy to have saved so much money.
