The phone came quick, it was in good condition, it works good and has good battery life. I used their guide to get it set up and functioning with T-mobile. That went fine, and I've been using it a few weeks now, and all is well.

This a very good Samsung phone. As always, the phone was in near new condition and at a price almost anyone could afford. My daughter-in-law's son has the same model (A14 5G) and I was impressed with its quality and features so when my son wanted a "new" phone, I got him this one. No problems.

Purchase another phone from RefurbLane again. The phone was in perfect condition and the shipping was great. I was supposed to get the phone on the 18th but it was delivered 2 days earlier. I will probably get more from RefurbLane!

The experience with RefurbLane is fine. They were very accommodating when I informed them that the locked T-Mobile phone is locked to AT&T not T-Mobile so I haven’t been able to use it. And I haven’t been able to send it back just yet because my friend that I bought it for still has it, and I will print out the packing label tomorrow and hopefully get it back to you. I’ve had to use another phone. And my service is now on that one, and they charge me every time I switch it up. but that’s on me. The seller sent me the wrong phone. Whoever got mine, is probably upset too.. So other than that I’ve always had good experience with RefurbLane thank you. PS. I rated it five stars assuming that all of those things were working, but I have no idea if they were because it did not work for us. Accessories were fine. Nothing there and Shipping was a little confusing… probably because they had the wrong phone.!

Who is this for?

The Galaxy A14 5G specifications make it a solid pick for students, casual users, and anyone looking for a no-nonsense smartphone for internet browsing, social media, and video calls. While it doesn’t compete with the Galaxy S Series, it gets the basics right—minus the premium bells and whistles. Ideal for those new to smartphones or anyone needing a dependable secondary device.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Large 6.6-inch display with smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Plastic build (not as sturdy as glass or metal options). 5G support brings faster speeds for streaming and downloads. Limited to basic performance—not suited for heavy gaming or advanced multitasking. Triple rear camera setup for basic photography needs. No official waterproof rating, so keep it clear of puddles. Expandable storage via microSD (nice to see, still!). No ultra-wide or telephoto lens for versatile photo options.
