The phone arrived in excellent condition and was working well. Although the battery capacity was in the 80’s, the phone was dying within an hour of use. I reached out to customer service, and they were very responsive. I was given the option to return the phone for a full refund, but the phone was a birthday gift for a birthday in a few days, so I decided to have the battery replaced at Best Buy. I was issued a partial refund for the full amount I paid for the battery replacement. Very happy with the customer service! Will purchase here again in the future!

I ordered an iPhone 6s 128gb in good condition for my daughter. The order was placed on 12/31/2020. It shipped out on 12/31, and arrived on 01/06/2021. We were very pleased with the speed of the delivery. The phone arrived well-packaged and undamaged. It included a charging box and cable. There was also a tempered glass screen protector already installed which was a nice surprise. Although we ordered the good condition, we searched and were unable to find a single mark anywhere on the phone. Very impressed with the condition of the phone. We ended up having to order a new sim card from our provider, but once it arrived, the phone was quickly and easily activated for service. Her old phone had been giving her nothing but problems, and she is thrilled with her new iPhone!! The battery life is at 90% capacity, everything she has tried so far has worked perfectly. We couldn't be happier, and the price was amazing. I recommend RefurbLane to everyone! My son purchased a Samsung Galaxy s9, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s20+, and both are fantastic and in excellent condition. We purchased an iPhone 7 256gb for my other daughter, also on RefurbLane from a different seller, which is in perfect shape, but unfortunately will not work with our provider. Customer service was great. I received a return shipping label and am returning her iPhone 7 for a refund. We found a great deal on an iPhone 8 instead that hopefully will be compatible with our service provider, and shipped out today. All around great experience dealing with RefurbLane!

This was my first time buying a phone from this company and they have exceeded my expectations! The phone came in mint condition as I ordered. Not one scratch on the phone. The package came a day before the date that was given to me. The phone came in a small box that had packing paper on the top and the bottom and then the phone was put in a bubble wrap envelope type bag. The phone came with a charger, a block, and the phone (of course!). The battery itself was 100% when I received it. The phone only had to be charged when I first opened it. Thank you for giving me the best experience possible! I will be buying again from this company! Update: I have now had the phone for a few months and it has worked amazing! This phone has been great and everything still works great on it. So happy with this purchase still.
