I had a tablet the same model and everything as this one and it had burned up in a house fire last year. When I saw this one i jumped at the deal! However I know it was refurbished I had high expectations and even tho this one is close it's just not the same.. much much slower than mine was that burnt. Even after installing my 32gb SD card to make more memory. if I'm not connected to the internet if works much faster..but allin all it's like bringing my burnt one back from the dead and I appreciate that
