It works perfectly fine. This is my first Kindle so I don't know if this is a Kindle thing or a refurbished thing but the screen does a flashy thing when it changes pages/screens. And it's slightly slow to change from home page to another page or visa versa. Again, nothing wrong at all. I can just tell it's not brand spanking new. Which it's not, so who cares.

I'm over the moon with this Kindle Oasis! You could have fooled me if it was used before because it looked and felt brand new. Great battery life if you ask me. I used it for about two weeks now and remember charging it twice when the battery sat around 30%. Sure it doesn't have all the features packed in the latest versions. But, I simply wanted a lightweight reader with a backlight rather than lugging books around. It really enhanced the overall reading experience for me by being less strenuous on my eyes and making it easier to focus with simple tactile buttons to navigate. It's a great bathroom and cooking companion and you can rest easy knowing the pages of your book will not sully. The only thing is that this version is no longer "in season." So, it's going to be difficult if you're the type who wanted to jazz up your technology with all the accessories. Delivery is typically outside the vendor's control. But in my case, I received it a few days earlier.

It's always risky to buy used electronics. But I like the Kindle Voyage so much I decided to take a chance. I could not be more pleased. The thing could pass for new. It works perfectly. And it holds a charge longer than my present Voyage. Congratulations, RefurbLane

LOVE! I've been contemplating a Kindle for so long, but I am just SUCH a paperback girl. Alas, my overflowing bookshelves and choice to move every year is really wearing on my book buying abilities. This bad boy doesn't hurt my eyeballs, is easy to use and adjust, and literally does feel like paper. It doesn't do the blue light thing to my brain and eyes. 0 regrets buying this -- great refurbished price, too! Only downfall: I wish I could lock it? Just because it sometimes opens if something hits the "on" button in my bag.

The 30.99 Kindle arrived before it was expected and was well packaged against damage. It looked absolutely unused. Started right up and we’ve been using it daily. Couldn’t be happier. We will probably upgrade but this test was essentially to see if we were “Kindle people” and the answer is a huge YES. I can see why people would migrate to the paper white unit though. Thats our next stop!

What can I say? I absolutely love the ability to go on this website and get a no-frills older device still in perfect condition, and have it in my hands within days. This was my second purchase from RefurbLane, and my second purchase that I am 150% satisfied with. Sometimes you just don't need the top of the line brand new device, when you can get a perfectly functional, still beautiful, older model for a fraction of the price. Love you guys

Great customer service. Honestly, the funny emails was a nice touch, shows some personal touch and makes me happy, even though a bit corny. Shipped next day, arrived in 4 days to a countryside PO Box. Product packaged well, no issues. Was 50% cheaper then I could find on Amazon. Will check back next time I need electronics!

I am happy to report that my Kindle Oasis arrived quickly and in perfect operating condition. It had a tiny wear mark on the cover, but given that I paid less than half price, I am happy with that trade off.

The condition of the product was labeled as good, but it might as well be great! I ordered the base refurbished kindle and it arrived looking very nice. The order arrived on time, and after using the Kindle for a couple of days, I noticed no glaring software issues. Very satisfied with what I paid, and the product I got.

Very happy with my Kindle. Honestly could have been sold as new - looks great. My old Kindle that was this same generation died, so I was using a Kindle fire. I hated how often it needed charged. This Kindle goes for weeks without needing charged, and I read a lot.
