The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite arrived on time and exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase as I have been with all of my RefurbLane purchases. I have purchases two iPhones, a Chromebook, an iPad, and this tablet. The only complaint I could make, and it is a minor one, is that the iPad took a little longer than expected.

This tablet was for my 10yr old and he loves it. The process of ordering it and getting it delivered was painless with lost of options on this style of tablet. This is the second item bought off of RefurbLane and have been recommending it to everyone I talk to about electronic needs. Best bang for your buck and definitely can say I will be buying more.

Tablet arrived on time. For Fair conditions, it was better than I expected! There was only a small dent on the side and scratched paint on the back. I also appreciated getting a charging cord and applied screen protector - which I had not expected. The extra service was much appreciated. I will be ordering from here again.

This tablet was very clean. I was concerned about the FAIR rating, but my worries were put aside. However, it seems the battery is a wee bit weak and I might need to replace it soon. That is not big deal. Very happy, as always, with my purchase.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's better than I was expecting. It get here super fast and was in better shape than what I would normally call Fair. Had to let a few updates go through, but otherwise she's been purrin' like a kitten with no problems. I mostly got this for travel as something bigger than my phone, but smaller and more lightweight than my laptop. So far it seems like its going to do the trick just fine.

No instructions other than how to insert a SIM card. Nothing to label buttons, functions, apps(how to add and such). In short just a brief intro would help. Necessitating the user to search out resources seems like a good way to increase returns & decrease happiness with a product.

Pro: Very happy with my "new" tablet. It even looks new! Transfer of the info from my old tablet to the new tablet went smoothly, which was a pleasant surprise as I'm not a techie. Con: New tablet needed 6 (!) updates of SAMSUNG software which took about 30 minutes for each update. The updates were automatic, but took a couple hours. Battery in new tablet will probably need replacement within the next few months as it only holds a full charge for a day or two. That is why the 4 star rating.

We are using the tablet with a mobile hotspot to record wildlife data in the field with summer land-steward interns. They appreciated the addition of the tablet to the project so that they could enter data directly in the field vs re-entering data afterwards. We downloaded and used several wildlife and plant identification apps and had no problems running any of these. I have made many purchases with RefurbLane. Products that were not satisfactory were quickly accepted for return without questions. In this case, we continue to use the table 4 months later with no problems. It is a basic product without a lot of extra memory but works perfectly for our purpose. If I were to purchase something for personal use, I would have gotten something with more memory.
