Do not travel to a collection point or send a device based only on an estimate. Confirm the recipient, location and handover instructions with our team.
Understand your estimate
Your estimate is 75% of the matching RefurbLane sale price for your exact model, configuration and assessed condition, rounded down to whole US dollars. For example, a matching $400 store price gives a $300 estimate.
If there is no verified matching price, if the device is damaged, or if important details need checking, our team will assess it individually. An estimate remains subject to device inspection.
