How it works

- Choose Trade-in and answer the questions about your old device.
- Save the estimate, then review your cart and complete your purchase at checkout.
- Link the completed purchase from Sales & trade-ins.
- Confirm handover and review the final inspection value.
Two separate payments
You pay the normal total for your new purchase. Your old device has a separate record and is paid for after inspection and agreement on the final value. Its estimate is not deducted at checkout.
The old-device value can exceed the new purchase price. For example, a $310 purchase is still paid as $310; an accepted $400 old-device value is a separate $400 payout after inspection.
Your estimate
Your estimate is 75% of the matching RefurbLane sale price for your exact model, configuration and assessed condition, rounded down to whole US dollars. For example, a matching $400 store price gives a $300 estimate.
If there is no verified matching price, if the device is damaged, or if important details need checking, our team will assess it individually. An estimate remains subject to device inspection.
