    Absolutely amazing, I was very skeptical about buying from this website. I DO NOT regret it. Phone came with 87% battery life (very very good) especially for a refurbished phone. I will be buying another iPhone from them! Also real quick, when I opened the package and inspected the phone, it was in really good condition. No scratches or dents. Looked brand NEW!     Great. Only issue is I cant get iTunes on my the new device i just purchased. Apple says I have to wait 58+ days to reset on this refurbished iPhone 15+ vivem the previous owner still has an active iTunes account under this device, which apparently was never deactivated? Otherwise, great service and prompt service. Would do business again with RefurbLane.

    I was very skeptical to purchase a refurbished phone. However I am so happy I did. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S9 (bought in 2018) to the Samsung Galaxy S24+ the phone arrived in immaculate condition no wear what so ever.     The device itself was shipped quickly and GORGEOUS! It was a stellar price and I was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, the seller had it mislabeled as a Verizon device (which it had been originally) but, that was not the case unfortunately as it had been carrier-locked to Xfinity. After doing a lot of back and forth with whoever I could find at Verizon, Xfinity, and RefurbLane- I ultimately had to give up this phone at the amazing price point and send it back. It was really disheartening as I cannot find a similar deal, and ultimately went with an entirely different option with another company. It was such a shame because everything seemed great, straightforward, and smooth with my transaction and shipping. My only complaint was the wait times for support to reply, but they were incredibly courteous. I am bummed about the experience and sad I didn’t get to keep my dream phone, but I understand RefurbLane’s hands are tied and couldn’t exchange what I had without me paying out of pocket even more on top, it just wasn’t worth it to me any longer.

    Phone came in pretty quickly and it works perfectly fine the condition it came was really good. First time buying refurbished phone was skeptical but relieved with how well it works. Would give five stars but i have one small issue . When my volume is high i hear a tiny static noise like vibrations and cant seem to fix it but you can barely hear it. Other than works really i would only give 4.5 stars.

    I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 and overall I’m really impressed with it. The phone was restored extremely well and looks almost brand new, with no noticeable scratches, dents, or damage. It’s clear the phone was carefully inspected and restored properly before being sold. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6.
